# Data Actions & Flows

Data Actions and Data Flows support data automation and operations in your Application. Use Data Actions to run individual imports and operations, or group multiple Data Actions in a Data Flow to create reusable workflows.

You can also use Parameters to customize Data Actions and reuse them across different inputs by prompting Members to select values when running a Data Action.
