Add email addresses of your choice to receive time-sensitive, security-specific notifications from Pigment.
In Workspace Settings you are able to specify email addresses to receive notifications relating to data protection, legal issues and technical security.
Where to find Essential Contacts
Find Essential Contacts by taking these steps:
In any Pigment Application in your Workspace, select Settings, the three-dot menu at the foot of the left sidebar.
Select All Settings > Workspace Settings > Security.
Categories and communication types
The three categories are:
Data Protection: Privacy matters and updates on sub-processors
Legal: Official legal notices
Security: Technical security events, including incidents, vulnerabilities, or access issues
Who can configure this?
Only Workspace Primary Owners and Security Administrators are able to update Essential Contacts.
