If you need help when using the Pigment platform, you can type user help queries into the Documentation Agent.
It returns customized responses and article suggestions from Pigment’s documentation. You can combine concepts and questions into single prompts.
Before you begin
Permissions
Members need Access AI Agents permission to interact with the Documentation Agent. For general information on permissions, see About Roles, Permissions, and Access Rights, and for specific information on Pigment AI permissions, see Set up Pigment AI.
How to open the Documentation Agent
Select AI Chat in the sidebar above the Application name, or the floating AI button. This opens the AI Sidebar to the right of the main pane.
On the Documentation tile, select Start chat.
In the dialog that opens, type in your prompt, or use the two icons in the dialog to record a voice note or attach a CSV file.
See your Chat History at any time by selecting the three-line menu at the top left of the main pane.
ℹ️ Note
The Documentation Agent accepts prompts in over 50 languages, and replies in the language of the initial prompt. If you start your session in one language and want to continue in another, you need to select the Start a new Chat “+” symbol in the top right of the Chat window, and then enter your prompt in the second language.
