View Usage Across Workspaces

Prev Next

The Workspaces overview lets you review and compare usage across your Workspaces without opening the Plan & Usage page in each Workspace. This article explains how to view usage on this page.

Understand Workspace usage

The Workspaces overview displays usage for:

  • Workspace cells. Total populated cells used by Applications and Snapshots.

  • Snapshot cells. Total populated cells used by Snapshots.

  • AI credits. Total AI credits used in the Workspace.

  • File storage. Total file storage used in the Workspace.

Usage is displayed separately for each Workspace and isn’t aggregated.

Workspaces are organized into two sections:

  • Test & Deploy. Workspaces that belong to a Test & Deploy setup.

  • Others. Workspaces that do not belong to a Test & Deploy setup.

⚠️ Important

If a Workspace reaches a usage limit, a warning appears beside the affected usage information. This helps you identify which Workspaces require attention.

Access and permissions

The Workspaces option is available in the sidebar only when:

  1. Your organization has multiple Workspaces.

  2. You have a Workspace Admin account type or higher in the current Workspace.

If you’re a Workspace Admin in one Workspace but have a lower account type in another Workspace, the option appears only in the Workspace where you’re an Admin.

ℹ️ Note

If you have only one Workspace, the Workspaces option won’t be visible in the sidebar. The same data remains available on the Plan & Usage page.

To open the Workspaces overview:

  1. Open a Workspace.

  2. In the left sidebar, select Workspaces.

The Workspaces overview opens in a new browser tab.

Review Test & Deploy Workspace usage

The Test & Deploy section lists the Workspaces associated with your Test & Deploy environments.

Each Workspace displays its environment, such as Development, Test, or Production, together with its usage. Use this section to compare usage across environments and identify differences between Dev, Test, and Prod.

Review other Workspace usage

The Others section lists Workspaces that aren’t part of a Test & Deploy setup, such as Workspaces used for training purposes.

Each row displays the Workspace name and its usage. Use this section to compare usage in these Workspaces with your Test & Deploy environments.

Open a Workspace

If you have access to a Workspace listed in the overview, hover over it and select Open. The Workspace opens in a new browser tab.

You can view usage information for Workspaces you can’t access, but you can’t open them from the overview.
