This article explains how to connect Greenhouse to Pigment and import Offers, Jobs, Openings, and Candidates data into a Pigment Block.
Before importing Greenhouse data, you need to create a Greenhouse connection in the Integrations library. You can then make the connection available to one or more Pigment Applications.
⚠️ Important
Only Pigment Workspace Admins can configure the Greenhouse connector. For more information, see Account Types and Management.
A Greenhouse Site Admin must authorize the connection.
Set up the Greenhouse connection
In Pigment, go to Settings, then Integrations.
Find the Greenhouse integration and select + Add.
Select Setup a Connection.
Enter a Name for the connection.
Under Application Access, select the Applications that can use the connection.
Select Connect. You're redirected to Greenhouse to authorize Pigment.
Review the Greenhouse data that Pigment will be able to access.
In Email, enter the email address associated with your Greenhouse account.
Select Log in to Greenhouse. If you're not already signed in to Greenhouse, sign in to your account.
Follow the prompts to authorize Pigment.
Return to Pigment and complete the connection setup.
The Greenhouse connection is now available to the Applications selected under Application Access.
